Board responsibilities
The Poland Foundation board of directors provides governance and strategic oversight for the organization. Board members serve in a volunteer capacity and are responsible for ensuring the foundation fulfills its mission, maintains financial accountability, and operates in accordance with its bylaws and applicable nonprofit law.
As a new organization, the board is actively expanding. Poland Foundation seeks board members with backgrounds in medicine, nonprofit governance, rare disease advocacy, fundraising, and lived experience with Poland anomaly.
