Tax-exempt status pending. Poland Foundation, Inc. is currently awaiting 501(c)(3) determination from the IRS. We are not yet able to accept tax-deductible donations. This page will be updated as soon as our tax-exempt status is confirmed. Thank you for your patience — and your interest in supporting this work.
Why we are building this foundation
When a family receives a Poland anomaly diagnosis, they encounter a condition that affects roughly 1 in 20,000 to 30,000 people — and almost no dedicated resources. No US nonprofit. No central directory of specialists. No community built around this specific condition. No conference where families can meet, learn, and hear from physicians who treat it every day.
Poland Foundation exists to change that. We are the first US nonprofit dedicated solely to Poland anomaly, and we are building everything from scratch — because nothing existed before.
What your support will fund
Be the first to know when donations open
We are completing our IRS 501(c)(3) application now. Once approved, this page will offer a secure, simple way to support the foundation's work — one-time gifts and recurring monthly contributions.
In the meantime, the most valuable thing you can do is help spread the word. If you know a family who received a Poland anomaly diagnosis and found almost nothing when they searched — please share this site with them. That is exactly who we built it for.
