Inclusion does not constitute endorsement. This directory lists providers with documented or relevant experience. It is not a recommendation. Verify credentials, insurance acceptance, and whether a provider is right for your child's specific needs. For guidance on what to ask, see Treatment Options.

This directory is actively growing. Three specialist categories — chest wall reconstruction surgeons, pediatric and adolescent psychologists, and occupational therapists — are underrepresented below and are being researched for a future update. If you are a provider in one of these areas, or know of one, please contact us.

How this directory was built

We compiled this list by reviewing published Poland syndrome literature, major children's hospital program pages, Shriners Children's network locations, members of the CoULD (Congenital Upper Limb Differences) Registry, and the broader plastic and reconstructive surgery community. Providers are included when their published focus, program page, or documented patient experience indicates relevant expertise for Poland anomaly presentations.

This directory is not exhaustive. If you know of a provider who should be listed, please contact us. If you are a provider who wishes to be added or corrected, use the same link.
